Cougar Canyon 1

Troop 20 returned to isolated Cougar Canyon near Collins Valley in the Northwest Corner of the Anza-Borrego State Park for a weekend backpack outing.  Present were Chad, John L., John T., Eric, and Mikey.  Joining us were three Webelos scouts and their parents: Clay, Anders, and Kevin.  On Friday night we camped at the third crossing of Coyote Creek near Lower Willows (see map).  Saturday we hiked into Cougar Canyon for an overnight and hiked out on Sunday.
